Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Yassin El-Shazly, Dean of the Faculty of Law, participated in the graduation ceremony of the nineteenth cohort of students of Al Buraimi University College. The ceremony was held under the gracious patronage of H.E. Dr. Hamad bin Ahmed Al Busaidi, Governor of Al Buraimi, and in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Buraimi University College, Board members, and Prof. Yasser Fouad, Dean of the College.

This ceremony comes as a culmination of great efforts exerted over years of dedication, hard work, and perseverance within the framework of enhancing cooperation and strengthening cultural ties and academic collaboration in offering the bachelor’s degree in law at Al Buraimi University College under the supervision of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.

The purpose of this academic affiliation is to support Al Buraimi University College in delivering high-quality academic programs and achieving its vision and mission of enabling its students and faculty members to excel in various legal fields.

The academic affiliation agreement outlines the main objectives, areas of cooperation, and the roles of all parties. These projects include:

Providing consultancy and developing human capacities by supporting the scientific and administrative skills of staff at Al Buraimi University College, including offering scholarships and training opportunities as mutually agreed upon.

In the field of academic performance assessment and quality assurance, the agreement stipulates the application of accredited academic quality standards to the academic process to ensure the highest possible quality of educational outcomes, under the supervision of the partner university, Ain Shams University.

The two parties cooperate in all matters that contribute to advancing the academic performance of the College to higher levels. To this end, they exchange relevant studies, publications, and editions, and participate in research activities of public benefit.

To facilitate effective communication, coordination, and academic cooperation, the Director of the Law Program at the College is Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Waer, Professor of Islamic Law at the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.

Both parties oversee the implementation of quality standards and submit detailed reports on the progress of study and academic achievement to the respective boards within the educational structure of both institutions.

The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, toward the Law Program at Al Buraimi University College. The representative of Ain Shams University’s Faculty of Law is responsible for providing continuous guidance to the program by reviewing curriculum, offering feedback on their revision and assessment tools, and conducting professional development workshops through meetings with the program’s faculty members.

This high academic level attained by Al Buraimi University College is highly valued, and we take pride in having the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, as an academic partner in its outstanding journey toward excellence, quality, and leadership. The distinguished academic partnership between the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, and Al Buraimi University College spans over a decade and a half. This collaboration began in 2011 with the Faculty of Law and continues to contribute to advancing educational and research standards.
