Students register their preferences using their seat number and password and through the online coordination website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
The service will be operational in computer labs at Egyptian universities during the period specified in the statement.
Times for entering preferences through the available labs at universities:
These labs are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily during the phase.
Students can also apply through any computer connected to the network outside the universities, and the website will be available 24 hours a day throughout the phase.
Note: Entering or modifying preferences ends at 7:00 PM on the last day of the phase.
Locations for obtaining the electronic coordination service:
Computer labs at Egyptian universities and affiliated faculties in various governorates.
A personal computer for the student connected to the internet.

Facilitating the process for parents of students, eliminating the hassle of traveling from one governorate to another to submit paperwork.
The student registers their preferences themselves and can review and print them, reducing data entry errors.
It allows the student to modify their preferences multiple times during their coordination period until the website closes.
It facilitates the student's selection and registration of preferences in a simple and convenient manner, preventing any errors, as the computer guides the student through the registration process.
The student can obtain their nomination results from the coordination website immediately after the results are announced.

This service allows you to modify your preferences at any time until the website closes, after reviewing the rules outlined in the admissions guide.
A list of faculties and institutes that accept various degrees will be available to you, and you can select your preferences.
Discuss carefully the order of your preferences with your family so that the choices you make are completely consistent with your preferences and score.
After you have completed entering your preferences, you can print them. The program will provide you with a receipt with a specific number, dated, and time of your submission.
If you modify your preferences multiple times (which is possible), please note that the computer will only save the most recent modification, and coordination will be based on the most recent modification.
Steps a student must follow to register through the electronic coordination website:
First: Holders of a technical school diploma (three-five-year system)
The student logs into the coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
and selects the type of qualification: industrial/commercial/agricultural... (three or five years).
The student enters their seat number on the certificate they obtained, and their secret code is listed on the success form as follows: S/000000
The student will receive a confirmation statement with their full name and seat number listed on the success certificate. They must confirm the statement by pressing the "Yes" button.
The students must retain their secret code listed on the success form to modify their preferences at any time and before the results are announced. The student can log in multiple times to modify their preferences. This code ensures data confidentiality and prevents anyone from modifying any of the preferences entered.
Second: Holders of a diploma from intermediate technical institutes (two-year post-secondary system)
The student logs into the coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
Select the type of qualification, then enter their code number and their password.
A confirmation statement will appear for the students with their full name and code number. They must confirm the statement by pressing the "Next Step" button.
The student retains their code number and password to modify their preferences at any time until the website closes and before the results are announced. The student can log in multiple times to modify their preferences. These two numbers ensure data confidentiality and prevent anyone from modifying any of the preferences recorded.
The student records their preferences themselves, reviews them, and prints them. The students’ nomination will be based on the last modification they made.
Rules for Reducing Alienation (Transfers)
Transfer between university faculties:
Through the electronic coordination office website and in accordance with the terms and regulations issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in this regard, which include the following:
A corresponding transfer must be within the minimum requirements for the sector and the percentage set by the Supreme Council of Universities.
A non-corresponding transfer must meet the minimum requirements for the faculty to which the transfer is requested and within the prescribed percentage.
Adherence to the rules of geographic distribution.
Transfer must be made through the electronic coordination website only.
There are no paper transfers.
Transfers are permitted only once.
Additional requirements for the faculty to which the transfer is requested must be met (such as passing the aptitude test).
Students are ranked based on their total grades.
Transferring between Higher and Intermediate Institutes:
Students nominated for admission to private higher or intermediate institutes, as well as students nominated for a faculty, are permitted to apply through the electronic coordination website to express their desire to transfer to another institute, whether to a similar institute in the same major, a non-similar institute, or from one faculty to another, provided that:
The minimum requirements announced by the institute to which the transfer is requested are met.
The admission capacity is considered.
The specified acceptance rate for the transfer is adhered to.
Students are ranked according to their overall score on the certificate they have obtained.
