The Dean of the Faculty of Girl conducts an inspection tour to monitor the examination process

Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the smooth running of exams for the second semester. She was accompanied by Prof. Asmaa Zaazaa, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Fatima Al-Zahraa Bayoumi, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the Faculty.

The Dean of the Faculty ensured the smooth running of exams in all committees, with the presence of committee heads and the regular attendance of supervisors. She also checked on students' opinions about the nature and difficulty of the exams, asking them about the suitability of the questions to the curriculum, and ensuring that they faced no difficulties or problems during the exams.

Prof. Amira Youssef emphasized the faculty's commitment to regularly monitoring the progress of exams and working to provide a safe environment for students to take their exams. The faculty administration also emphasized its commitment to overcoming any obstacles students may face during the exam period and ensuring adherence to exam-related instructions and disciplinary rules within exam halls, ensuring equal opportunities for all students and achieving transparency and fairness.

During the tour, the faculty's vice dean, Prof. Asmaa Zaazaa, emphasized the importance of providing comfort and facilitating exam procedures at the faculty. She emphasized the need to provide medical care in exam halls, provide adequate ventilation and lighting within exam halls, ensure quiet and discipline within exam halls, and address any attempts at cheating or disruption to exam procedures. She also urged supervisors to deal firmly with cases of cheating in exam halls and emphasized the importance of students not bringing mobile phones into exam halls.
