ASU-iHub launches the Innovation Boot Camp 2024

With the aim of qualifying students participating in innovation competitions at the faculties of Ain Shams University, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (ASU-iHub) at Ain Shams University launched the Innovation Boot Camp 2024, within the framework of the university’s interest in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and in continuation of the effective role that the university plays through... Sponsoring and supporting student activity activities ASU-iClub affiliated with the University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Dhia Zain Al-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Adel Al-Sabbagh, Director General of the Innovation Center, Dr. Weam Mahmoud, Executive Director of the University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Islam Adly, Director of Student Activities at the University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the deans of faculties and faculty staff, supervisors of innovation units and clubs at the university’s faculties.

The camp aims to qualify students participating in innovation competitions in university colleges, which is considered a qualifying stage for them to participate in the final competitions in their various colleges to qualify them for the Ain Shams Innovates 2024 competition.

During a full week, students will go through a wonderful experience to understand a broader and deeper understanding of the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, how to find innovative ideas and solutions to various societal problems, and how to transform these ideas into applicable and competitive projects, by qualifying them through lectures and workshops that include (Design thinking, Lean business, Business model, Marketing, Pitching and Sustainable development.) During which expert trainers in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship will lecture.

Nearly 200 male and female students from the various faculties of Ain Shams University across all scientific and theoretical specializations are likely to benefit from the innovation camp.
