The Jordanian Ambassador visits Ain Shams University

Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received His Excellency Ambassador Amjad Al-Adaileh, Jordanian Ambassador to Cairo, in the presence of Prof. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Collaboration Sector, Prof. Sherweit El-Ahmady, Director of the International Students and Mobility Office, Prof. Karim Al-Batouti, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry for Education and Student Affairs.

Ambassador Amjad Al-Adaileh, Jordanian Ambassador to Cairo, praised the close relationship between Jordan and Ain Shams University, which is one of the Egyptian universities most attended by Jordanian students, especially in the faculties of medicine and dentistry.

Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen confirmed the Jordanian students’ excellence in studies and their commitment, hoping to increase the numbers in the future.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Harahsheh, the Jordanian Cultural Advisor, also praised the good and distinguished reputation that Ain Shams University enjoys in Jordanian society.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of ways of cooperation and partnerships with Jordanian universities, especially arbitration centers with the faculties of law, and the exchange of faculty staff, as well as checking on Jordanian students at the university.
