The launch of the Information League Competition organized by Ain Shams University Student Union in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts 2023-2024

Within the framework of Ain Shams University’s keenness to develop student awareness and spread culture in all its branches, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein El-Abedeen, President of the University and Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University Student Union, Department of Cultural Activity, General Administration of Central Youth Welfare, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts, organized the “Information League” competition.

The jury consisted of Prof. Manal Muharram, Head of the Arabic Language Department, Prof. Ahmed Megahed, Head of the Drama Department at the Faculty of Arts, and the presence of representatives of the Media Center of the Ain Shams University Student Union.

The competition was held with the participation of 75 male and female students as a first stage, followed by final qualifiers for first places.

It is worth noting that the total for the top ten places is 25,000 pounds.

This competition aims to crystallize the concept of fair competition, exploiting students’ free time to obtain useful information, and creating a new generation capable of contributing to building and developing society, which helps in developing the students’ cultural and intellectual awareness, refining them scientifically and culturally, and upholding the principle of coordination between the university’s various faculties to create a strong generation. The thought is comprehensive in outlook, making it a source of pride for the employees of the prestigious Ain Shams University.
