The Faculty of Pharmacy hosts an introductory seminar for the Student Innovation Club I Club

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit (I hub) at the Faculty of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Innovation Club at Ain Shams University, organized an introductory seminar for the club Student Innovation Club to convey the vision and goals of the club to the faculty students and its role in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship. Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Amani Osama Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and under the supervision of Prof. Rehab Othman, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy for Education and Student Affairs, and coordinated by Prof. Asst. Dr. Sherihan Galal, Academic Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit at the Faculty I Hub.

Dr. Islam Adly, Director of Student Activities at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center ASU-IHub and Director of the Innovation Clubs Project ASU-I Club, gave a lecture at the symposium, where the Student Innovation Club was introduced and examples of the successes to which the Innovation Club contributed to some students at Ain Shams University were presented.

         
   
         

He also stressed that the IHUB Innovation Center provides support for new projects and ideas by focusing on how to transform the idea into a pioneering project with competitive ability in the labor market, achieving overlap between various scientific specializations and forming work teams among students, which is reflected in the generation of new entrepreneurial projects.

He also reviewed the latest partnership between Ain Shams University and the Technical University of Berlin in Germany, to help qualify the university’s entrepreneurial community through various activities, the most important of which is the summer school in Germany and the winter school in Egypt, until the program ends with the launch of the Micro-Credential MBA.

Mrs. Angie Zakaria Mahmoud Mohamed, coordinator of the Innovation Clubs Projects at Ain Shams University, and representatives from the Bank of Egypt participated in the symposium, to introduce the students to the bank’s services that support their ideas for implementing projects,
