The Faculty of Arts receives a technical support visit from the Quality Assurance Center at the university to support the Bachelor of French Language and Literature program with the credit hour system

the framework of programmatic accreditation steps for the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, and under the auspices of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University and Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty, and supervision of Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Rasha Khafagy, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the University, Dr. Howayda Abdel-Hamid, Director of the Performance Evaluation and Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, the Faculty hosted a team of professors reviewing the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation, including Prof. Madiha Wasef, Professor of Medicine at Zagazig University (chairman), Prof. Sami Mandour, Professor and Head of the Department of French Literature, Faculty of Languages and Translation, at Al-Azhar University (Member), in the presence of Prof. Hoda Wasfi, Head of the French Language and Literature Department.

   
   
   

The visit was attended by Prof. Asst. Dr. Maha Elewa, the program coordinator, and the standards coordinators are the faculty staff of the program and a group of the faculty staff of the faculty.

The activities of the visit included a review of the program files and the extent to which programmatic accreditation standards were applied. The program of the visit, which began at 9:30 am and lasted about 6 hours, included examining the self-study and the attachments of the eleven study accreditation criteria.

Also Prof. Howaida Abdel Hamid presented the methods of working in the controls, laboratories and halls, and all the resources of the program, and explained the tasks that are presented through the two units: Measurement and Evaluation, and E-learning.
