On the morning of Sunday, June 25, Ain Shams University hosted Dr. Ramzy Abdel Aziz, a teacher and researcher at Alto University in Finland, who gave a lecture and a panel discussion titled "Intelligent Professional Design: The Journey and Arrival Stations", under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Salih, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and organizing the postgraduate studies sector in cooperation with the Graduates Follow-up Department at the university.

The meeting witnessed by Prof. Dr. Hala Suwaid, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Reem Al Kabariti, Director of the Alumni Association, Dr. Abdullah Sami, General Supervisor of the University's Scholarship Welfare Office.

Dr. Ramzi Abdul-Aziz expressed his happiness at being at Ain Shams University, thanking the university leadership for hosting and Dr. Abdullah Sami, the lecture coordinator, for his efforts in organizing and coordinating. promise dr. Ramzy presenting upcoming meetings at Ain Shams University.

During the lecture, Dr. Ramzi Abdel Aziz talked about his studies, indicating that he chose to study chemistry at the Faculty of Science, stressing that those who chose the easy way to work are the ones with the least income and knowledge, and that the one who relied on himself, learned and worked on refining himself and his skills was able to be the most income, knowledgeable, cultured and receptive to others, and that He who constantly learns is the one who can change the world and advance his society.

         
   
         

He touched on the initiative of 1,000 influential and inspiring teachers that he launched to transfer the Finland experience in education after adjusting it to suit our culture.

During the lecture, he indicated that his plan for his professional life included many assumptions and possibilities, so he set himself several possibilities for work, such as being a science simplifier, a science journalist or a scientific advisor, and he set the opportunities in his eyes and called on the attendees to take this step and to think outside the box and be flexible and adaptive. To explore life and the world in a new way and to know themselves, their skills and their strengths.

He emphasized that grants and labor markets have become more competitive, that candidates for grants and jobs are the best, and that the attendees must be the best in order to have a good opportunity, and this is the aim of today's lecture and panel discussion.

Dr. Ramzi Abdul-Aziz gave many tips to the attendees to get out of this crowded queue, such as defining their goals and the needs of the labor market and following the 10-90% rule, which states that 90% of the results depend on people’s reactions and ideas, and only 10% is attached to the surrounding environment and other people around them. And that they have to excel and continue to learn and that their professional path depends on their skills and abilities.

         
   
         

Dr. Abdul Aziz confirmed that they have to learn deeply and know the sources of information accurately and the applied practice of theoretical sciences, and that they are "challenging" by accepting failure and rejection and standing up after their fall.

He pointed out the need for them to possess a great degree of flexibility, adaptation and acceptance of the other.

Dr. Ramzi said that exercise, sleep and maintaining mental health play a major role in the success of professional life and the efficiency of educational attainment, explaining that one of the most important success factors is that they improve their relationship with God and have a life guide or mentor.

At the conclusion of the lecture, a discussion session was held, moderated by Prof. Reem Al Kabariti, Director of the Alumni Association, and Prof. Abdullah Sami, General Supervisor of the Office of Welfare of Envoys, during which Dr. Ramzi Abdel-Aziz answered the audience's questions, providing the best advice for a successful career full of learning and achievements.

At the end of the lecture, many students asked questions on various aspects of professional design and scholarship.

The day's activities ended with a signing ceremony for Dr. Ramzi on copies of his book "Afer" for gentlemen wishing to sign the author on their own copy.
