Vice President for Community Affairs and Environmental Development reviews the sector's efforts in the field of sustainable development

Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Affairs and Environmental Development, reviewed the efforts of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Ain Shams University, under the chairmanship of Prof. MahmoudEl-Metieini, President of the University, in the field of sustainable development at the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities for Community Service and Environmental Development, which was held at Assiut University, under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, and Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, President The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, in the presence of members of the Supreme Council of Universities, including university presidents and vice-presidents of universities for the community service and environmental development sector.

This came within the proceedings of the first forum for universities, which was held at Assiut University under the title Our Egyptian Universities and Our Green Future after COP 27.

It aims to present a scientific vision on climate issues, educate young people about environmental risks, and introduce the efforts of the Egyptian presidency aimed at reducing environmental problems and consolidating the pillars of sustainable development 2023.

Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Affairs and Environmental Development, offered an explanatory video highlighting the efforts of Ain Shams University in achieving the goals of sustainable development, within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to achieve these goals, in line with "Egypt's Vision 2030"
