In the first days of the second phase of coordination of universities... Average turnout for electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering

The students of the second stage to coordinate university admissions for the academic year 2023/2022 flocked to the electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University, amid following precautionary measures for prevention under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, in order to ensure the safety and security of students, their parents and supervisors of coordination work.

The electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University witnessed an average turnout of students of the second stage to coordinate university admissions for the academic year 2023/2022 amid precautionary measures taken by the faculty, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, to prevent crowding and distance between students while registering their wishes, and to commit to wearing masks when entering the halls.

Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, confirmed that the faculty administration was keen to provide all the necessary capabilities for prevention in the coordination laboratories and to provide work teams to help students and parents to register their wishes, and places to wait for students and their parents to prevent students from crowding while registering their wishes.

Four laboratories equipped with (100) computers connected to the Internet were allocated, as well as a work team selected with expertise in this field to serve the students and help them register desires.

Ms. Sayeda Taha Muhammad Al-Khouli, who is in charge of supervising the laboratories, indicated that the coordination laboratories in the faculty receive students from nine in the morning until four in the afternoon throughout the coordination days, including holidays. The second phase of coordination began on August 18 and is scheduled to continue until August 22, 2022.
