Tie score for Ain Shams and Fayoum teams in the football tournament of the forty-ninth Egyptian Universities

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ain Shams University headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, hosts the 49th Egyptian Universities Championship, Martyr Al-Rifai, in the covered stadiums sponsored by the university’s youth and the stadiums of the Faculty of Engineering. Handball matches are also held in the Olympic Village at Mansoura University.

Where the football team of Ain Shams University played against its counterpart of Fayoum University and the match ended in a tie score.

The activities of the 49th Egyptian Universities’ Tournament, the Martyr Al-Rifai, will be held from February 12 to 27, in games: volleyball, basketball, five-a-side football, badminton, speedball and judo, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs for Student Activities, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Muhammad Al-Sharqawy, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare and Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of the Sports Activity Department, also trained the five-a-side football team.
