Rotating Leave in two batches for Ain Shams University employees

Within the framework of the precautionary measures taken by Ain Shams University to confront the pandemic of Corona virus, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision to grant the employees of the general administration of the university and the various units of the university an alternate leave in two batches.

The first batch is from Wednesday 2/2/2022 until Wednesday 9/2/2022.

The second batch, starting from Thursday, 10/2/2022, until Thursday, 17/2/2022.

Exceptions from this decision are those in charge of examination work in faculties (observers - control work, etc.), the university information network and information technology units in faculties.

The decision also clarified that the deans of the faculties should take what they deem appropriate towards setting the system that is commensurate with the nature of the work in the faculty, without prejudice to the educational process and services provided to students, and faculty members.
