Vice President of Ain Shams University for Postgraduate Studies and Research participates in "Fulbright Program for Higher Education Leaders

Prof. Dr. Abdul Nasser Sengab, Vice-President of Ain Shams University, participated in the Fulbright Program for Higher Education Leaders organized by the Fulbright Authority from 14 to 16 December 2018 in Hurghada, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Fulbright Mission in Egypt.

The celebration was held with the participation of 10 university presidents, 12 vice presidents of universities, as well as leaders from the Ministry of Higher Education and the American Embassy in Cairo.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Sengab, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research stressed the keenness of Ain Shams University under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat President of the University to activate cooperation with the Fulbright Commission. The cooperation is to benefit from the grants provided by the Commission to the members of the faculty and the assistant body in various disciplines in order to improve the international classification of the university and support the scientific research system in various fields. He pointed out that cooperation between Ain Shams University and Fulbright started five years ago, Ain Shams University, whether graduates, researchers, faculty members or assistants, by obtaining opportunities, grants and scholarships financed by the Fulbright Commission. He pointed out that the number of applicants from the university to receive grants during this year only exceeded 130 applicants.
