Ain Shams University Holds 2026 Fellowship Fund Board Elections
As part of Ain Shams University’s commitment to supporting the Fellowship Fund’s operations and strengthening its role in serving University employees, the 2026 Fellowship Fund Board of Directors elections are being held today at the New English Lecture Hall at the Faculty of Law, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and in the presence of Major General Ahmed Lasheen, Secretary-General of the University.
The 2026 Ain Shams University Fellowship Fund Board of Directors elections feature 13 candidates from among faculty staff and employees of the University and its university hospitals, in accordance with the regulations and procedures governing the electoral process.
The elections provide members of the General Assembly with the opportunity to select the Fund’s Board of Directors, contributing to the continued development of its operations, strengthening its role in achieving its objectives, and serving University employees.
The elections witnessed a strong turnout from Ain Shams Universityemployees, who gathered at the polling venue to participate in the voting process and cast their ballots, reflecting their commitment to actively engaging in the Fund’s activities and contributing to the selection of its Board of Directors.
Voting continues in a well-organized atmosphere, providing General Assembly members with the opportunity to exercise their right to vote until 5:00 p.m. at the University’s polling venue.
