Important Update for Newly Admitted Students to the Faculty of Business
Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Farid Moharam El-Garhy, Dean of the Faculty of Business, welcomes the newly admitted students nominated for enrollment at the faculty, wishing them an academic year filled with success and excellence.

Please be informed that the faculty will begin receiving students to submit their required documents starting Tuesday, August 17, 2027.
Step 1: Academic Account Registration and Appointment Scheduling
As appointments for submitting documents at the faculty will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, all students are kindly requested to register promptly through the following link :click here
Step 2: WhatsApp Groups to Confirm Registration and Receive Your Appointment
After completing your registration through the above link, join only one WhatsApp group to confirm your registration. Your assigned appointment date and time will be communicated through the group.

Required Documents for Registration
Students must bring the following documents when attending the faculty on their assigned appointment:
• Educational qualification certificate: Original + 4 photocopies.
• Birth certificate: Original computerized certificate + 4 photocopies.
• Personal photographs: 4 recent photos, size 4×6 cm, with a white background.
• Military service documents: Forms 2 Jund and 7 Jund for male students.
• Student’s national ID card: 4 photocopies of both sides.
Important Organizational Notice
To facilitate and expedite the application procedures, students are kindly requested to place all original documents in a separate file/folder and all photocopies in another separate file/folder.
