Under the patronage of Prof. Ali El-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, Prof. Tarek Youssef, Executive Director of University Hospitals, Prof. Tarek Ahmed Youssef, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Tarek Maged, Head of the Internal Medicine Departments, the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University is organizing the 5th Annual Scientific Conference on Rheumatic and Immunological Diseases on Wednesday and Thursday, May 20–21, 2026.

The conference will be chaired by Prof. Dalia Fayez, with Prof. Hanan Farouk serving as Conference Secretary and Prof. Mervat Abu Gabal as Vice President of the Conference, alongside the participation of a distinguished group of professors and experts in rheumatic and immunological diseases from various universities and medical institutions.

The conference will discuss the latest scientific advances in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, in addition to reviewing the newest treatment protocols and modern techniques used in early diagnosis. It will also feature discussions of several complex and challenging medical cases with the participation of multiple medical specialties, contributing to the exchange of expertise and the improvement of healthcare quality provided to patients.
