The fifth edition of Ain Shams University’s largest career fair, “ASU Career Expo 2026,” is set to launch on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The event is organized by the University Career Center and will run over two days, April 7 and 8.

The event is held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University; Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

This year’s edition is held under the theme “Beyond Opportunities,” positioning the expo as a comprehensive professional platform that goes beyond the traditional concept of career fairs.

The event is expected to host more than 70 leading companies and major institutions from various sectors, offering a wide range of employment and internship opportunities for young talents, graduates, and job seekers, alongside the participation of distinguished experts from diverse fields.

The expo provides participants with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with company representatives, gain insights into labor market needs, and benefit from a rich experience that includes professional talks, career guidance sessions, CV reviews, and specialized technical workshops.

The event stands out for its full adoption of digital transformation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Computers and Information and the University’s Network Center. It is managed through an online platform that enables participants to register, upload their CVs, apply to jobs, and pre-book seats in career development sessions to maximize their benefit.

As part of the University’s social responsibility and its active role in economic empowerment, participation has been expanded this year to include all graduates, job seekers, and individuals seeking training opportunities from various Egyptian universities, in addition to Ain Shams University students.

The expo will take place daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the University Guest House (African Unity Organization Street, opposite the Faculty of Dentistry campus – Abbassia). Each day targets specific faculties to ensure effective engagement with companies:

- Day 1 (Tuesday, April 7): Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture, Girls’ (Science Section), and Dentistry.

- Day 2 (Wednesday, April 8): Businesss, Al-Alsun, Arts, Law, Education, Specific Education, Girls (Arts and Education Sections), Mass Communication, and Archaeology.
