The Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University is organizing its Fifth International Conference from October 14 to 17, 2025, under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population; H.E. Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University.
The conference is chaired by Prof. Karim El Battouty, Dean of the Faculty, with Prof. Walaa Hamed as Vice President of the Conference and Prof. Amr Abdel Aziz as Conference Secretary-General.

This year, the conference is being held for the first time in scientific partnership with Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany, and with the participation of Misr International University.

The conference aims to support and develop Egyptian medical professionals, featuring lectures by around 40 international experts from various countries alongside a distinguished group of Egyptian dentistry professors. The scientific program includes 35 training courses focused on the latest global advancements to enhance the performance of dental practitioners.

In addition, the conference will host a special symposium on October 15 dedicated to promoting and supporting Egyptian medical manufacturing, with the participation of representatives from the Ministries of Industry and Health, as well as governmental authorities, to discuss ways to strengthen and advance the medical industry in Egypt.

An international exhibition will also be held on the sidelines of the conference, showcasing the latest dental equipment and supplies, with participation from over 50 Egyptian and international companies.

The event is expected to attract around 3,000 participants, including professors and dentists from Egypt and abroad, further reinforcing Ain Shams University’s position as a leading academic and scientific hub in the region.
