Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Eldamaty, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, held at the college headquarters on Monday, March 21, 2022, an introductory symposium on innovation and entrepreneurship in cooperation between the Faculty of Archeology and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Ain Shams University in Hall 160.

   
   

Dr. Hossam Tantawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, welcomed Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Buhairi, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the university, distinguished guests and the honorable audience, and presented a brief summary of the biography of the lecturer, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Buhairi and the most important scientific stations in his life and his role as director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the university, followed by an affirmation that the college administration is keen to support and encourage innovative ideas and entrepreneurship, and provides continuous support in order to promote and spread the culture of innovation among college students, and the idea of ​​entrepreneurship among them, and encourage them to create innovative ideas and start pioneering projects.

   
   

After that, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Behairi explained what is meant by innovation and entrepreneurship, the importance of each, and what is the relationship of innovation and entrepreneurship to archeology students.

He also announced the launch of the Ain Shams Innovate competition and urged students to participate in the competition and to register on the center's website.

After that, a number of students asked questions, which were answered.
