The discussing of ways of cooperation for joint supervision of scientific theses between Ain Shams University and the French University of Strasbourg

Within the framework of supporting cooperation between Ain Shams University and the University of Strasbourg in France, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Acting Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, received Prof. Florence Rudolf, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of INSA Strasbourg, to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two sides.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Collaboration Sector, and Dr. Noha Gamal Saeed, the Egyptian agreement coordinator and Assistant Professor in the Urban Design Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University.

The visit aimed to support joint research activities between the two universities through joint supervision of master’s and doctoral theses and discussing ways of future cooperation.

The meeting witnessed a joint discussion of one of the joint supervision theses between Ain Shams University and the University of Strasbourg in the field of architecture and urbanism.
