Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini stressed the need to encourage students to enroll in basic science departments as the basis of the future, calling on those in charge of these departments in the faculties of science, education and girls to develop joint plans to make them attractive to new students.

On his part, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud said that the university will work to unify efforts in departments of a similar and common nature in all faculties of the university, noting that this meeting is the beginning in this regard.

Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud pointed out that cooperation between similar departments will also make a clear distinction for each of the programs of these sciences, which will create diversity and richness in the programs, which will push more students to join them, as they will have the opportunity to choose between the different programs, in addition to linking these specializations and the labor market.

Saud explained that a scientific department will be formed for each of the departments' specializations of a common nature, and there will be a board of directors to be formed from representatives of those departments, provided that it is changed every specific period.

At the conclusion of the meeting, in which a group of faculty members from the common departments of the Faculties of Girls, Science and Education participated, the discussion was opened and the attendees put forward their ideas to achieve effective communication between the three faculties.
