Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, University President and Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and in line with the University’s commitment to supporting scientific excellence, promoting rigorous research, and enhancing the research capabilities of faculty members, Ain Shams University announces the opening of nominations for its Special Awards 2025.

Faculty members from the Physics Departments in the following faculties are invited to submit their nominations promptly, in accordance with the approved regulations for each award: Science, Education, Girls’ Education, and Computer and Information Sciences.

Available Awards:

Prof. Dr. Kerimat Mahmoud El-Sayed Award – Best Research in Physics

Prof. Dr. Hussein Abu Leila Award – Best Research in Physics

Prof. Dr. Latifa El-Houti Award – Best Research in Experimental Physics

Nomination Deadlines:

Preliminary submission: 18 December 2025

Final submission: 31 December 2025
