As part of the 2025 schedule for the Coordination Office for Admission to Universities and Institutes, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Coordination Office will commence its work following the completion of the Egyptian General Secondary School Examinations. The Office will organize aptitude tests for students wishing to enroll in faculties that require passing qualifying aptitude tests, in accordance with the admission requirements and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.

To facilitate the process for our students, and within the framework of the electronic services system provided by the state and the digital transformation witnessed by society in all fields, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their desires to take the aptitude tests electronically via the electronic coordination website on the Internet, during the period from Saturday, July 12, 2025, until Thursday, July 24, 2025.
■ The following is a list of faculties that require passing aptitude tests for admission:
1. Faculties of Fine Arts (Arts - Architecture).
2. Faculties of Applied Arts at Helwan, Damietta, Benha, Beni Suef, Tanta, and Damanhour Universities.
3. the Faculty of Music Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.
4. the Faculty of Art Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.
5. the Faculty of Art Education, Minya University.
6. Faculties of Sports Sciences.
Dates, faculties, and locations for qualifying aptitude tests will be recorded through the electronic coordination website:
☆ Steps to register for the aptitude tests via the online electronic coordination website:
• The student logs into the electronic coordination website shown above and then accesses the aptitude test registration page on that website.
• The student begins the registration process for the aptitude tests using the student's national ID number and seating number.
• The student's personal information will be displayed, including (seating number, student name, national ID number, governorate, educational administration to which the student belongs, school, and the student's department (science, engineering, or literature). The student must verify the accuracy of the information entered on the student's electronic coordination website.
• The student will be shown a list of the types of aptitude tests available to him/her, the faculties, and the designated locations for taking these tests.
• The student selects the aptitude test type, noting that the aptitude tests for the Faculties of Sports Sciences last for three consecutive days.
• The test fee must be paid only through electronic payment channels, whether using prepaid cards, credit cards, or electronic payment company collection points.
• No other payment method is accepted, and the exam date cannot be obtained from the website until payment is completed using the methods specified on the aptitude tests website of the Electronic Coordination Authority.
• The student prints a receipt that includes the types of abilities they have expressed interest in taking, as well as the dates and locations for taking these tests at the faculties for which the student has registered on the electronic coordination website.
• The relevant faculties are committed to holding the ability tests on the specified dates. They are also committed to sending and entering the test results directly through the faculty's dedicated page on the electronic coordination website for all eligible students applying for these tests, after verifying the accuracy of the student's seat number and name to avoid errors in the results.
• The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and information of students who have passed these tests, and nominations are made based on them. Faculties are fully responsible for these results during the designated time period, as no other results will be accepted after the electronic coordination website is closed for the registration of eligible students for these tests.
• Exams are conducted on the scheduled dates once for each type of aptitude test. Students who fail are not permitted to take the aptitude test again, whether at the same faculty or another. Any paper certificate issued by faculties regarding the aptitude test results will not be accepted, in order to ensure transparency with our students.
• Students may postpone the test through the relevant faculty due to a conflict between more than one exam, but only during the scheduled and specified dates.
☆ Documents required when taking faculty tests:
1. The student's high school seating number and a photocopy of the student's ID number for each aptitude test they wish to take.
2. One (1) personal photo for each test, except for the Sports Sciences aptitude test, which requires two (2) personal photos for those wishing to take these tests.
☆ Important Note:
This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only. Aptitude test dates for students holding equivalent certificates (Arabic or foreign), diplomas from industrial technical institutes, and advanced industrial technical schools (5-year system) will be announced later, in light of the admission requirements and rules.
