Within the framework of the fruitful strategic cooperation between Ain Shams University and leading industrial institutions, the Ain Shams University Career Center participated in the “Meet the CEO” event held at the headquarters of Elsewedy Electric, in the presence of Ahmed El Sewedy, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The meeting aimed to showcase the wide range of programs and activities offered by Elsewedy Electric in cooperation with universities to support students and recent graduates and prepare them for the labor market. It also featured an open dialogue between Eng. Ahmed El Sewedy and newly hired graduates, during which their career aspirations and professional journeys were discussed.

In this context, indicators revealed that Ain Shams University ranked first in terms of recruitment rates within Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Programs, with the university’s graduates accounting for 27% of total program hires, surpassing all other universities.

This achievement reflects the high quality of Ain Shams University’s academic outputs and the competence of its graduates across various disciplines. It also highlights the leading role played by the University Career Center in supporting students and alumni by providing training and employment opportunities that pave the way for professional success in major local and international institutions.

During the event, Ain Shams University received a shield of appreciation in recognition of the strength and effectiveness of the partnership. The award was received by Dr. Ola Sami, Director of the University Career Center, and Mr. Mahmoud Hussein, Executive Director of the Center.
