In line with the directives of the political leadership to organize periods of interaction between university students and military faculties, Ain Shams University is participating in a similar program for its students at the Police Academy from January 31 to February 5, 2026. This program is under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

The university's participation includes a delegation of students from the "Students for Egypt" family and outstanding students from various student union activities. The aim is to cultivate national awareness among students, familiarize them with the role of state security institutions, and reinforce the values of belonging, discipline, and responsibility. This initiative is being coordinated and administratively supervised by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs.
During the cohabitation period, Ain Shams University students participate with Police Academy students in all daily activities, from training and educational programs to accommodation and living within the academy, allowing them to learn about the nature of daily life for academy students, training and qualification mechanisms, and the amount of effort made in preparing cadres capable of protecting the homeland.
The participation of Ain Shams University students comes as part of the activities and events organized by the university's Education and Student Affairs sector, specifically the Student Families and Unions Department – General Administration for Youth Welfare. This reflects Ain Shams University's commitment to supporting its students' participation in various national events, aiming to enhance their cultural and national awareness and provide them with valuable opportunities to learn about the efforts of state institutions and their role in serving the community. This contributes to broadening their horizons, instilling values of belonging, loyalty, and national responsibility, and affirming the university's role in preparing a conscious and educated generation capable of positively contributing to building the nation.
