Under the patronage of Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Ain Shams University announces the extension of the nomination period for its 2025 awards until Thursday, December 25, 2025. This extension provides an opportunity for faculty staff, teaching assistants, and administrative staff at the university who wish to apply for the 2025 awards.

The Ain Shams University 2025 awards include the following:

- Appreciation Awards

- Incentive Awards

- Pioneer Awards

- Women's Appreciation Awards

- Administrative Excellence Award (for the university's administrative sector)

Please apply promptly before the nomination period closes.

Those wishing to apply should:

• Register on the university's database for faculty staff, and teaching assistants awards via the following link:

• Register for the Administrative Excellence Award for administrative staff via the following link:

https://www.asu.edu.eg/employees/ar/employee/award/create

• Submit all approved and complete documents to the Awards Office – General Administration for Scientific Research – Administration Building behind the Zaffaran Palace.

Important Dates:

* Deadline for submitting nomination files: December 25, 2025 (for file review and processing).

* Final closing date for receiving all Ain Shams University awards: December 31, 2025.
