As part of the fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Ain Shams University, and under the patronage of Counselor Adnan Fangary, Minister of Justice, and Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Center at Ain Shams University was reopened today, Thursday, November 6, 2025, following its renovation.
Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of the University, inaugurated the center in the presence of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Amani Osama Kamel, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; as well as several leaders from the Ministry of Justice, including Counselor Youssef El-Koumy, Assistant Minister of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Notarization Affairs; Counselor Rabie Kassem, Assistant Minister of Justice for the General Authority of Courthouse and Real Estate Buildings; and Counselor Sameh Ramadan, Deputy Head of the Technical Office of the Assistant Minister for Real Estate Registration Affairs.
The development of the center comes within the framework of the state’s efforts to modernize and improve government services and to implement the digital transformation system, which facilitates services for citizens, faculty members, students, and administrative staff at the university.
Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen emphasized that reopening the center after its development represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation between academic institutions and government entities, noting that the upgraded center serves as a modern and integrated model for providing digitalized services within the university campus.
For their part, representatives of the Ministry of Justice stated that the reopening of the center is part of the Ministry’s strategy to upgrade Real Estate Registration and Notarization offices nationwide, ensuring improved performance efficiency, faster processing of transactions, and alignment with the state’s vision for digital transformation and enhanced public service quality.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Center at Ain Shams University has been equipped with the latest digital systems and technologies to provide its services electronically, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to build modern governmental institutions capable of keeping pace with technological advancement.
At the conclusion of the event, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen honored the attending counselors from the Ministry of Justice in appreciation of their efforts in developing the center and strengthening cooperation between both parties.
