Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the university announces the opening of nominations for the Administrative Excellence Award 2025, launched for the first time. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to motivating administrative staff and promoting outstanding administrative practices across various faculties, departments, and university sectors.
The award aims to enhance a culture of quality and institutional excellence, and to support innovation and administrative development to achieve efficient performance while keeping pace with digital transformation and institutional progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be an active administrative staff member at the university at the time of application.
- The applicant must have at least ten years of service at Ain Shams University.
- The applicant’s employment record must be free of any disciplinary actions or penalties.
Performance evaluations for the last three years must be excellent.
- The applicant must have a proven record of achieving job objectives and improving team performance.
- The applicant should demonstrate leadership skills and innovative thinking contributing to the improvement and development of the work environment.
Note: To qualify for the award, applicants must meet at least 70% of the evaluation criteria.
Number of Awards
A total of seven awards will be granted annually:
- Four awards for staff working in faculties.
- Three awards for staff in university departments, centers, and sectors.
Award Reward:
EGP 10,000 + a Certificate of Appreciation from Ain Shams University
Nomination Dates
- Opening of nominations: October 2025
- Deadline for submission of complete and approved files: Thursday, December 18, 2025
- Final closure of nominations: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
Applications must be submitted in print, accompanied by two electronic copies stored on two separate USB flash drives.
