Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, President of Ain Shams University and under the supervision of Prof. Abdul Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University is preparing to conduct capacity tests for secondary students in both education and arts through the electronic coordination website www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg. The tests will take place during the period from Saturday 6/7/2019 until Saturday, 20/7/2019 according to the dates announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The test of technical abilities is an hour-long theoretical exam in cultural information in the field of art, two tests in drawing and design, and testing of music abilities. It is also an hour-long theoretical exam in cultural information in the field of music followed by an audition by specialized committees.

The registration steps for our students' online tests are as follows:

The student will enter the electronic coordination site described above and then enter the registration page of the capacity tests on this site.

The student begins the registration process to perform the capacity tests using the national number and the student's seating number.

The student will be presented with his / her personal data, which includes (seating number - student name - national number - governorate - educational administration of the student - school - the department studied by the student "scientific - engineering - literary"). Of the student.

The student will be presented with a list of the types of tests available to the students, the colleges, the places designated for the tests, as well as the dates for the student.

The student will choose the type of abilities and the dates and the date of his or her appointment will be determined.

After the student has completed the registration process, the student will print a receipt that includes the types of abilities that showed the desire for performance, dates and places of performance of the tests in the colleges that the student registered on the electronic coordination site.

The student will not be allowed to perform tests of abilities again, either in the same college or in another faculty. The faculties to the results of the capacity examinations will award no paper statement in order to ensure transparency with our students.

In addition, in a few days, the high school exams will be closed and electronic coordination work will be launched for the new academic year 2019-2020. The university administration is in full swing to start the secondary coordination marathon during the periods specified by the Ministry of Higher Education on the site dedicated to it www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg. The number of 14 computer labs, including 306 computers, was equipped at the faculties of computers, information and literature on the campus of Abbasiya, the Faculty of Agriculture in Shubra Al-Khaimah and the Faculty of Girls in Heliopolis, and the Faculty of Engineering and the university campus laboratories students in Abbasiya to receive high school students and the equivalent of Arab and foreign certificates and technical certificates to conduct the coordination process.

In addition to providing all the tools that help to perform the service with the required quality and directing the employees to receive the students and the facilitators well and to guide them to complete the coordination process in the required manner. The work will be in accordance with the dates set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, mostly from 9 am to 3 pm.
