Ain Shams University is competing as a candidate for the King Faisal Prize 2025
After closing the nomination period for the King Faisal Prize in its 47th session of the year 2025, on March 31, 2024, the university’s Awards Office of the Graduate Studies and Research Sector announced that Ain Shams University is competing this year with one candidate for the King Faisal Prize in its 47th session of the year 2025, which was launched by the General Secretariat of the Award. Which fulfilled all its data for the award on the university’s database for awards and all nomination requirements and followed up with the awards office in all procedures and steps, and all forms of technical support were provided to it through the awards office and all the supporting work team until obtaining the nomination letter approved by His Excellency the President of the University. The participation in the field of serving Islam was from a female faculty staff from the University’s Faculty of Arts.
It is worth noting that the university administration adopts an integrated approach in following up and taking into account the excellence of faculty staff, and encouraging them to compete and innovate. This includes providing support and guidance to participants in awards and competitions, including providing appropriate resources and training. In addition, the university's efforts in this regard aim to achieve its mission of building a dynamic academic community based on creativity, excellence, and competition in all academic fields.
