Ain Shams University Student Union holds an individual chess competition for the academic year 2023-2024

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the Department of Social Activity at the University Students Union will hold an individual chess competition at Ain Shams University during the period from the fourth to the eighth of February in the university dormitory with a total of 85 male and 15 female students from the university’s faculties. The tournament will be judged by international referees from the Egyptian Chess Federation.

The tournament is held under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Educational Affairs, and the executive supervision of Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mr. Salem Ahmed Salem, Acting Director of the Social Activity Department.
