The Middle East Research Center holds the fourth educational round of the ABCs of Politics and Law at the Faculty of Al-Alsun

The Middle East Research and Future Studies Center held the fourth educational seminar, "The ABCs of Politics and Law", hosted by the Faculty of Al-Alsun, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Affairs and Environmental Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Centre, Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, and in the presence of Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun for Community Affairs and Environmental Development, Dr. Hatem El-Abd, director of the center and a faculty staff of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.

Prof. Yomna Safwat met with Dr. Hatem Al-Abd, Director of the Center, and welcomed the attendees, stressing the importance of spreading political and legal awareness among university youth, which allows them to participate effectively in society and be aware of their responsibilities, duties and rights.

Dr. Hatem Al-Abed stressed the need to educate youth legally and politically, then Dr. Al-Abd defined a set of basic terms in the science of law and politics, such as the concept of law and its basic branches and responsibilities of various kinds, such as moral and legal responsibility, the concept of politics, different systems of government and the current constitution of Egypt. The discussion was opened for the students present and all their questions and inquiries were answered.

At the end of the lecture, Prof. Yomna Safwat handed the Faculty shield to Dr. Hatem Al-Abd, in appreciation of his fruitful effort, and Dr. Al-Abd, by presenting a certificate of honor to Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, for honoring her by hosting the course in the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and she received it on her behalf, Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Affairs and Environmental Development. His Excellency also honored Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun for Community Affairs and Environmental Development.
