Self-management is a free workshop at the Knowledge Embassy of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina at the Faculty of Arts in cooperation with the Students of "For Egypt" Central Family

Today, at the Embassy of Knowledge affiliated to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a workshop entitled: "Self-Management" was held in cooperation with the Students for Central Egypt family, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty and general supervision, Prof. Hatem Rabih, the general leader of the Students for Central Egypt family at Ain Shams University, in the presence and coordination of Prof. Abdel Moneim Zaki, pioneer of the family in the college, Dr. Mai Zayed, media coordinator of the family.

The workshop lasted for two hours and was presented by Dr. Shaima Hussein Farahat, a doctor in mental health and a certified life coach from the International Coaching Federation.

The workshop dealt with a number of themes by answering a number of questions, including: How do you control your decisions, how do you make the right decision at the right time, how do you live your life with the quality you wish for, how do you bring out the genie inside you and all your strengths that will help you practice your life more Success, how can you be the real leader of your life, how to manage your feelings and raise your psychological fitness to deal with daily challenges.

The workshop witnessed a great turnout from the students, as there was a fruitful discussion between the students and the lecturer on the topic of the workshop.
