* Receive the research file from the faculty staff and the assisting body in the faculty in the form of a hard copy that includes (research - application form - a copy of the national ID card of the principal researcher - a copy of the national number of the participants if there is an acknowledgment to clarify the status of researchers (existing or not based on the job)) + copy on CD.
* Emphasis on submitting the research by the principal investigator or one of the participants for one time and not to repeat it again.
* Receiving the research file from the MIS center after closing the application window in the form of (Excel sheet)
* Review and compare the data received from MIS with that was manually received from the faculty members and included (the faculty - the name of the applicant - the title of the research - the name of the journal - the year of publication - the month of publication - Eigen factor - the names of the participants - notes)
* Ensure that the university address is written as the address of the researcher and exclude research that does not meet this requirement
* Ensure that the search is actually published in the aforementioned magazine by searching in Google with the search title, even if it does not exist... The search is done by the name of the journal with the volume and edition number
* Extracting the Eigen factor value from the ISI Web of knowledge database excluding research published in journals not included in the ISI Web of knowledge database
* Writing the final report on the Excel sheet, then sending it to the University's International Publishing Committee + copy on CD
* The hard copy is sent from the faculty members of the faculty in two periods (from 1 to 31 January and from 1 to 31 July) of each year
* The Excel sheet is received from the MIS unit within two weeks of the submission closing
* The final report is sent to the University's International Publication Award Committee no later than the last week of March and September for the two periods of each year
