The Faculty of Engineering Board honors the team participating in a competition entitled Carbon Neutral Renewable Energy Engineering Technology

During the activities of the Faculty Boardin its session held on September 12, 2022 AD, Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering honored a team from the Faculty of Engineering in a competition entitled: Carbon Neutral Renewable Energy Engineering Technology, where Le Pen's workshop at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University received a request from the Republic of China Popularity to participate in the global competition

Teams have been assigned to compete in the competition, and the winning team consists of:

- Dr. Walid Helmy Abdel Hamid, Chairman

- Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar as a member

- Eng. Syed Muhammad Syed Musa as a member

- Eng. Islam Aladdin Zainhom as a member

- Eng. Ahmed Haitham Al-Ebiary as a member

- Eng. Hazem Hani Mohamed as a member

The competition was held during the months of June and July 2022, and more than 8 countries that own Le Pen workshops from Asia and Africa participated in it.

The competition was held in an online system with the Chinese side, and the two teams exploited the equipment of the Le pen workshop, which contains new and renewable energy equipment.

Thanks to God, the first team won the gold medal in the competition, and the certificate of honor was sent from the Chinese side to the faculty administration.
