The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, organized an introductory symposium on the fields of work in the field of tourism, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, hosted the symposium, Prof. Ahmed Al-Akabawi, director of the "Sky Center" company, to prepare and qualify to work in the field of tourism and customer service, in the presence of a large number of college students.

Prof. Dr. Yomna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, stressed the importance of preparing for the labor market early, especially since the college hosts labor market experts on a continuous basis to save time and effort for the college’s children, and stressed the role played by the college to raise the efficiency of Al-Alsun graduates at Ain Shams University, which is considered The most important educational edifice of languages ​​in Egypt and the Middle East.

         
   
         

During his speech, Mr. Ahmed Al-Akabawi said that the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University is the most important place that all business owners in the fields of tourism and customer service target. It has a great reputation and history over the years, and its graduates can always meet the needs of the labor market in an outstanding manner.

An explanation of the requirements of work in hotels, job titles and their roles in hotel work, and the Opera program reviewed the most important global tourism programs.

During his speech, he announced the opening of admission for students of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University to receive a free scholarship to learn the basics and skills of the Opera program within the college’s field training activities, through which distinguished students will be nominated to work in major hotels in Egypt.

He stressed the need to break the psychological barrier that may affect graduates in the beginning, stressing that personal interviews in companies help determine the requirements of the labor market for the graduate to be able to develop his abilities and skills, and the importance of developing the correct pronunciation of different dialects in many languages ​​at the hands of foreign lecturers to skip the personal interview.

He pointed to the boom in the field of tourism in Egypt today, unlike in previous years, due to the political stability in Egypt and the efforts of the political administration in the country.

During the symposium, he addressed many of the strengths that graduates must possess in order to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, whether in the fields of tourism or customer service. Discussions were opened with students to answer their inquiries about how to enter the labor market upon graduation.
