An inspection tour of the Dean of Faculty of business to follow up on the progress of the exams

Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University, conducted an inspection tour to check on the proper functioning of the examination process in the faculty, as well as to take all necessary precautions for the second semester exams for the four teams in all the faculty, on four periods a day, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini University President, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Qadri explained that he will take the exams (72,515 male and female students), divided as follows: 51,738 male and female students in the Arabic section, 6651 male and female students in the English section, 306 male and female students in the French language section, and approximately 1281 male and female students in the English credit hours programme, and 1702 male and female students in the credit hours program in Arabic, and 95 male and female students took the exams in the partnership program with Keene University, and nearly 10,742 male and female students took open and blended learning.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty, also thanked the senior management of Ain Shams University, represented by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development, and gentlemen for all the support provided to the faculty.

He pointed out that the examination halls were equipped, the administration of each committee was determined, and they were fully prepared in case of any emergency during the students' performance of their exams, and to ensure the presence of faculty staff and the supporting staff inside the committees to answer students' questions exam periods to face any medical emergency and take the necessary to ensure the safety of students.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Qadri stressed to the observers the need to deal firmly with cases of cheating and not to cooperate or be lenient with any student who attempts to cheat, stressing the prohibition of taking mobile phones to students inside the examination halls.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that the Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University has issued a number of alerts and instructions that will organize the examination process in accordance with the precautionary measures followed:

- Commitment to hand over his card.

- Do not take off the mask completely.

- Commitment to self-control, good behavior and containment of situations.

- The examination committee (or department) assigned to it has been sterilized at most a quarter of an hour before the exam.

- All sterilization and disinfection tools were provided within the examination committees.

- Safe distances between students were ensured during the exam.

- Requiring all students, observers and exam supervisors to wear medical masks to preserve their lives and safety from any harm.

- In the event of suspected infection with the Corona virus, the most precautionary measures are taken by the faculty doctors and the General Administration of Medical Surveillance.

- In emergency cases, such as the presence of unstable cases of patients among faculty students, the office of the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development is contacted immediately.

- Emphasis on wearing masks throughout the period of presence inside the faculty buildings and social distancing.

-Not allowing any student to stand inside the college premises after leaving the examination committee, and not allowing him to be on the college campus.

- Alert students, through the observers of the committee (the assistants teaching), to bring all their personal and written tools necessary for the exam, and it is forbidden to use any written or personal tools from another student during the exam period.

- It was ensured that all committees were well ventilated and their outlets open.
