Ain Shams University students participate in the Conference on Building Entrepreneurial Capabilities for Egyptian University Students

Students from Ain Shams University participated in the student conference held at the headquarters of the American University in Cairo during the period from 13 to 14 February, under the title (Building Entrepreneurial Capabilities for Egyptian University Students)

The conference comes as an implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which seeks to build the personality of the university student and prepare him for leadership.

Prof. Dr. Taya Abd al-Latif, Adviser to the Minister of Higher Education for Student Activities, during the report he presented to Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar about the conference’s activities, that the conference aims to develop and train students to reach their maximum potential on the personal and professional level, present innovative ideas and provide technical advice to students that will prepare a leader on the personal and public level.

The conference dealt with a number of important topics, including: facing challenges and developing team capabilities, self-management and developing personal qualities, time management, communication skills, the importance of ethical principles in leadership, building entrepreneurial capabilities and how to exploit and develop opportunities, entrepreneurship to prepare promising youth, and developing the ability to Make decision.

Representatives of student unions participated in the conference activities, including 5 students from universities (Ain Shams, Cairo, Mansoura, American University, German University, British University, Misr International University, Misr University for Science and Technology, and the modern academy "Coventry").
