The University President also stressed that the true value of this cooperation lies in its ability to transform scientific knowledge into practical solutions that protect women, support families, and create a sustainable positive impact on society.
The protocol outlines several practical initiatives designed to directly benefit Egyptian women. Most notably, it establishes a connection between the National Council for Women’s Complaints Office and the Psychological Counseling Center at the Faculty of Education, facilitating the referral of cases requiring specialized intervention and ensuring appropriate support while maintaining confidentiality and protecting privacy.
Additionally, the agreement includes launching a Professional Diploma in Applied Psychology, specializing in Family and Marital Counseling, and developing training programs and awareness guides addressing life partner selection, balanced child upbringing, combating violence against women, and managing family crises. It also promotes research collaboration aimed at improving services provided to women.
Ultimately, the protocol lays the foundation for a sustainable partnership between the National Council for Women and Ain Shams University, seeking to move beyond awareness-raising toward specialized support and translate academic knowledge into practical community services. These efforts aim to improve the quality of life of Egyptian women and strengthen family stability as a fundamental pillar of society.
