Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received Prof. Hussein Eissa, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Prof. Mohamed Maait, Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund and former Minister of Finance, and Prof. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, prior to the start of the scientific discussion of the professional doctoral thesis in Business Administration (DBA) at the Faculty of Business, submitted by researcher Siham El Sayed Farouk Mohamed Abdel Ghani, which presents a comparative applied study discussing “the impact of innovative sovereign financing tools on attracting local and foreign investment.”

The meeting was attended by several university leaders, where the university president welcomed the distinguished guests and high-level economic figures. He reviewed the university's most prominent achievements in academic development and scientific research, and commended the scientific role played by the Faculty of Business, under the leadership of Prof. Farid Muharram, Dean of the Faculty, in producing strategic research that enriches economic thought and supports the state's development vision.

At noon, the Prof. Ali Lotfi Hall hosted a high-level scientific discussion session to address one of the most vital economic topics, amidst a large academic and economic audience of scholars, researchers, and students.

The judging and discussion committee was comprised of prominent economic figures:
