Ain Shams University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs Stresses the Importance of Prompt Completion of Examination Control Work and Announcement of Results

As part of the university administration’s commitment to monitoring the regularity of the examination process, Prof. Ramy Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour to follow up on the progress of second semester examinations at the Faculties of Law, Science, Computer and Information Sciences, and Mass Communication.

During the tour, he was accompanied by the deans and vice deans of the faculties, as well as Mr. Ibrahim Said Hamza, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for the Education and Student Affairs Sector.

Throughout the tour, Professor Ramy Maher Ghali monitored the regularity of the examination process inside the committees and ensured compliance with all regulations governing the examinations in a manner that guarantees discipline and equal opportunities among students. He praised the organization and preparations provided within the examination halls.

He also checked on the presence of faculty staff and invigilators, as well as the availability of support and care services for students, emphasizing the university’s commitment to providing a suitable examination environment that helps students perform their exams in a calm and organized atmosphere.

The Vice President for Education and Student Affairs stressed the importance of completing correction work on an ongoing basis, emphasizing the need to promptly finalize control room procedures and announce results as soon as possible to facilitate matters for students and ensure the smooth continuation of the educational process according to the specified timelines.

The tour comes within the framework of the university administration’s continuous follow-up of second semester examinations across various faculties, ensuring the regularity of the educational process and the provision of the best services to students.
