The Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development honors the students participating in the training course on "Preparing Economic Feasibility Studies" within the framework of the Productive Student Initiative

The Financial Consultation and Auditing Center, in cooperation with the Solidarity Unit at the university and the Faculty of Girls, organized a free training course within the initiative of the productive student, entitled "Preparation of the Economic Feasibility Study", within the framework of the protocol signed between Ain Shams University and the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The training course is considered the first course aimed at developing the capabilities of entrepreneurs in the financial and administrative fields, this is under the auspices of Dr. Nevin Al-Qabbaj, Minister of Solidarity, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and in the presence of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls.

         
   
         

Under the coordination of Prof. Jihan Ragab, Advisor to the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Heba Adel, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Girls for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ahmed Selim, Director of the University’s Financial Consultation and Review Center, and administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed, Assistant Secretary-General for Community Service Affair and Environmental Development.

Prof. Ghada Farouk welcomed the students participating in the training course and expressed her happiness and pride in them and that they are the future generation, motivating everyone to innovate and create and the need to present their ideas, explaining that we may have many ideas, but they are not suitable for implementation, so a special program will be organized for ideas presented by a specialized consultant who will help productive students to choose the best idea for implementation and how to implement it and develop constructive plans and studies to achieve the best results, wishing them success.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that 24 students from the faculties of (Business, Law, Science, Girls, Al-Alsun, Specific Education, and Science) participated in the course at Ain Shams University. As well as the participation of students with special needs (the deaf and dumb), providing them with means of communication to help them, and providing them with distinguished services from specialists in sign language to help them and support their ideas and projects in a manner that provides them with steady successful steps.

Mrs. Reham Mohamed Abdel Rahman, Coordinator of the Social Solidarity Unit, Mr. Salah Abdel Raouf Al-Jamal, responsible for awareness activities at the Social Solidarity Unit, Ms. Ayatollah Muhammad Abdel Wanis, responsible for social protection and economic empowerment at the Social Solidarity Unit, and Ms. Nermin Kamil Zaki, sign language interpreter, participated in the course from the Social Solidarity Unit team.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that the program continued on Mondays and Tuesdays 17 and 18 of this month. The aim of the training program is to enable the initiative students to prepare the economic feasibility study for the project, to understand the phases of the project life and its objectives, to know the stages of preparing the feasibility study and the different relationships between the stages of the feasibility study, as well as to be able to Analysis of the investment climate, the study of the legal validity of the project, then the marketing study of the project, then the technical and engineering study, then the study of the financial and economic feasibility of the project, criteria for commercial profitability and comparison between projects.

         
   
         

At the end of the course, Prof. Ghada Farouk honored the students by presenting them with certificates of appreciation and encouraging them to obtain the financial grant provided by the Ministry of Social Solidarity for the top 10 applicants in the training courses and urged them to participate in the upcoming training courses for the possibility of implementing their projects and achieving the desired goal.
