The Minister of Higher Education issues a decision to delegate Ayman Farid as assistant for strategic planning

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision to delegate Dr. Ayman Ahmed Farid Hamza, a faculty staff at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University, is an assistant minister for strategic planning, training and qualification for the labor market. It is worth noting that Dr. Ayman Farid holds a Ph.D in sustainable design from Ain Shams University, and is a visiting lecturer at Clemson Universities in the United States of America, and Huajong University in the People's Republic of China. Ayman Farid held many positions, including: Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, in addition to managing several strategic planning files in the Ministry. He also held the position of Senior Director of the Employment Center at Ain Shams University, which aims to support the career path of students, and working to link to the labor market by organizing many events, workshops and training courses between the university and major local and international companies, in addition to his membership in the university’s innovation and employment department. He also held the position of director of the international design studio, which brings together students from (the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States and the People's Republic of China), in addition to that he worked as a coordinator for the first housing program offered by a public university. He also held the position of Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Office at the Faculty of Engineering, and a representative of the engineering sector on behalf of foreign students in the International Relations Sector at Ain Shams University.

And Dr. Ayman Farid, participated through his work at Ain Shams University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in several national projects, including the “Housing for Our People 1, 2, and 3” projects for the development of slums. He also participated in the design of the private universities project. Also, he did studies to develop the Egyptian Cultural Center in Washington, in addition to several development projects at Ain Shams University, including: the Medical City project of Ain Shams University, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center project, which obtained the first international EDGE certificate from the World Bank in Egypt.
