In preparation for the new academic year, a refresher workshop for department coordinators and their assistants at the Faculty of Girls

In preparation for the start of the new academic year 2022-2023 and the preparation of e-learning platforms for the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, the e-learning unit of the faculty presented a refresher workshop for the coordinators of the faculty departments and their assistants on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Mai Helmy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Samah Saber, Director of the Faculty's E-Learning Unit, in one of the faculty's auditoriums, to train them to operate the educational platform for faculty students, and the new e-learning platform for graduate students.

The issues of the global Coursera platform and online course booking were also discussed, and how to optimally use virtual laboratories and electron microscope slides in science courses in the faculty.

It was also agreed to develop a technical support plan in all departments of the faculty for students and professors to solve their problems on the various educational platforms, and to provide them with the necessary assistance as soon as possible, whether in the faculty or through the available social media tools.
