The Faculty of Archeology begins implementing the decision to ban entry without providing proof of obtaining the anti-Coronavirus vaccine

The Faculty of Archeology, Ain Shams University, started under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Al-Damati, Dean of the Faculty, the application of the decisions of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, prohibits the entry of faculty members, the supporting staff, workers, students and workers at Ain Shams University or those who frequent the university and its various units to the university’s campus, faculties, institutes and centers affiliated with it, except after ensuring that the aforementioned groups have obtained any of the anti-Coronavirus vaccines through The certificate prepared for this purpose, which is issued by the competent administrative authority, or submitting a certificate at the beginning of the working days of each week with a negative result of the PCR analysis that was conducted no more than three days ago.

     
 
     

The decision comes in light of the commitment to the decisions of the meeting of the Supreme Committee for Corona Crisis Management, the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Higher Education not to allow, after November 15, the entry of unvaccinated against the Corona virus to the state’s administrative apparatus, including universities.

In this context, Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Shawki, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies Affairs, made several inspection tours of the Faculty, to follow up on the implementation of the decision and the entry of students from the Faculty gate on the university campus, and to see the certificates that proved that they had received the vaccine, and their commitment to wearing medical masks and their observance of the precautionary and preventive measures, applied by the university.
