Next Saturday... the start of electronic coordination at the Labs of the Faculty of Arts

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, announced the faculty’s readiness to start the first stage of electronic coordination work in Egyptian universities and institutes for the academic year 2021/2022 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, as it is scheduled to start electronic coordination work on Saturday 21st of this month until Wednesday 25th of it, by equipping the computer laboratories in the faculty, which amount to 3 laboratories to distribute students to them while providing Social distancing in the interest of everyone's safety, and the faculty administration has provided a set of instructions to answer all student inquiries during registration.

The dean of the faculty also confirmed that the college administration is preparing to receive the students and provides them with all precautionary and preventive measures in order to ensure their safety, in addition to making special arrangements for students of determination in the interest of their comfort and the comfort of parents.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, said that the faculty is keen to print indicative posters for students, as well as equipping electronic screens to guide students with the steps for registering desires and coordination rules.

The Vice Dean explained that each lab includes 30 computers equipped with printers and internet, to facilitate electronic registration of wishes, pointing out that the labs are air-conditioned to provide all the comforts for students, as well as open terraces to receive parents.

The service is provided free of charge to students, as well as a number of trained employees are available to assist the students during writing their desires.
