An inspection tour of the Vice President of Ain Shams University to the examination committees at the Faculty of Science

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the examination committees at the Faculty of Science to check on the safety and smooth running of the examinations and to apply all necessary preventive measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.

Where he was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ragaa Al-Satouhi, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Baghdadi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Amani Suleiman, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Fawzia Abdel Wahab, acting secretary of the faculty.

   

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud praised the faculty administration’s keenness to implement all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, apply social distancing within the committees, and commit to wearing masks all the time, whether students or observers, as well as measuring temperatures for all students and workers before entering and ensuring the continuous sterilization of the committees And the corridors before each period, in order to ensure the safety of students and workers.

As explained by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ragaa that several paths were allocated for students to enter the committees, which differ from the exit paths, in order to prevent any crowding before or after the exam period, and two test periods were made in the morning and evening, and a time period was allocated to each group alternately to reduce the density of students in the committees.

It is worth noting that all sterilizers that are used, whether to sterilize committees or hands, are manufactured inside the central laboratory of the faculty that has obtained accreditation from the National Council for Accreditation "EGAC".
