Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the university's national team achieved a remarkable sporting achievement in the 52nd Martyr Al-Rifai Egyptian Universities Championship, winning ten medals in kung fu: three gold medals, five silver medals, and two bronze medals.
This achievement was achieved under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for the Education and Student Sector - Sports Activities Department - General Administration of Youth Welfare Office at the University, who provided full support to the team throughout the championship.
The intense competition resulted in the following outstanding results for Ain Shams University students in Kung Fu:
Gold medals were won by Moaz Mahmoud, Adham Fouda, and Hala Hani. Silver medals were won by students Yomna Khaled, Mariam, Mohamed Essam, Yassin Amr, Noha Alaa, and Mohamed Ali Eid. Bronze medals were won by Sara Jumaa and Mayar Ahmed Gad.
