Sonya M. S. Azab, M.B.B.CH, MSc, Ph.D

She is an associate professor in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University. She has authored several articles in forensic medicine, medical ethics and toxicology and has presented at several national and international conferences. 

She is the holder of UNESCO Chair in Bioethics, Ain Shams University, Cairo. She is a visiting fellow at Institute for Medical Ethics and History of Medicine, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany (2016) and Ethox Centre, Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford, UK (2018).
